Scott Irwin and Jeff Bunting on Crop Supply Logistics This Spring

Scott Irwin will be joined by Jeff Bunting of FS Growmark to discuss crop input supply and logistics issues that may arise due to the coronavirus pandemic. Scott will provide a brief overview of recent grain market developments and Jeff will then provide an overview of crop input supply and logistic issues.
Jeff received his B.S., M. S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois. After receiving his Master’s degree, he accepted a job with American Cyanamid as a Technical Service Representative in West Central Illinois. After completing his Ph.D., Jeff joined GROWMARK and has been with them for 15 years, holding various positions. Jeff has been in the Crop Protection Division since January of 2011. He is currently the Division Manager after spending 2 years in the role of Crop Protection Marketing Manager.
Jeff is an active member in the American Society of Agronomy, CropLife America, North Central Weed Science Society, and Weed Science Society of America. As a member, Jeff has served as the chair of the Professional Practitioners for the American Society of Agronomy as well as chair for the soybean section for the North Central Weed Science Society. Jeff has been a board member of the Southern Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association as well as holding the President position. Jeff was a graduate from the Illinois Agriculture Leadership Program in August 2014. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Strategic Oversight Committee for CropLife America. Jeff has recently joined the Board of Directors at FieldWatch.
